Quinoa is very rich in protein. It is a food favored by many and especially vegetarians. It is the food fed to the Inca warriors of old. Quinoa tastes great and is very easy to cook. Most of all, it is free of gluten and cholesterol, making it a very healthy alternative to other grains. If you have not tried any quinoa recipe yet, it is about time that you give this amazing food a place on your dinner tables.

The photograph shows what seems to be a thick.book and this is, at best, a small booklet.It also comes to a rather abrupt halt and it feels as if someone had just taken what was written so far, that is UNFINISHED and published it anyway.
The information within is repetitive and I have the distinct impression of writing something, anything to get the required number of words down.
There are 5 main recipes and the breakfast one is worth knowing but all recipes are free on the net.
There also seems to be some argument as to how long quinoa can be stored. All the books and information on the net has left me with the firm impression that it can be stored for one week in the fridge and this writer informs us that it is 3 days.
It is as really unsatisfactory read and I shall be deleting this one as I do.not believe it is worth keeping on my kindle.
It would have improved enormously by ensuring the storage information is correct - maybe it is and then a discussion on this could interest readers for a page or two.
More recipes are needed and I prefer mine in some helpful categories and even sweet or savoury is a good start. Most avid cooks as well as beginners really appreciate colour photos of the dish. It shows how it looks, an idea of arrangement and sometimes immediate space for creativity to add colour - it is often said that we first feast with our eyes.

As a busy mom I was happy to read this whole book in 12 minutes!! It was easy to understand, the recipes were simple enough to follow, yet the information was accurate. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to cook quinoa
